June: Upcoming events

June is set to be another busy month on the road for Aqua4D, with presence at several events across the continents, looking to introduce its technology to a new audience.

First up is “Orchards of Russia”, a huge annual investment forum and exhibition which will be held in Moscow this year on 5-6 June. A high-end international platform in cooperation with Russia’s Ministry of Agriculture, it brings together domestic and international big players to discuss industry development, share best-practices, and solidify contacts. Agriculture and greenhouses are booming businesses in Russia, and Aqua4D will be at the fair introducing its system and the benefits it could bring to the country’s many fruit and berry orchards.

Next stop in June is Amsterdam and to GreenTech 2018 – the world’s leading horticulture trade show. From 12-14 June, 11,000 visitors and over 450 exhibitors from 115 countries are expected; it’s simply THE place for anyone interested in or working in green technology. It’s also fittingly held in the Netherlands, a country widely recognized as the pre-eminent world leader in agricultural technology (see September 2017’s National Geographic magazine, with the revealing headline “This Tiny Country Feeds the World”). Along with keynote speakers from Harvard and Wageningen universities and presenting important new research and trends, Aqua4D will be in Hall 9, Booth 09.106

Continuing the Dutch theme, it’s this year’s GFIA (Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture) in Utrecht on 20-21 June. This is Europe’s largest conference dedicated to sustainable food production “born with the belief that continuous innovation in agriculture is the only way to sustainably feed 9 billion people by 2050”. The various benefits offered by Aqua4D means it plays a crucial role in each of GFIA’s key areas of indoor farming & hydroponics, aquatech, livestock and animal health, and sustainable crops. You’ll find us at booth H15.

Last but not least is the 25th edition of Hortitec in Holambra, Sao Paulo, Brazil. With 400 companies and 29,000 visitors having visited in the previous year, this is a big occasion for Aqua4D to further strengthen cooperations and partnerships in Brazil and South America. Alongside some major industry players, you can find us there in the 45 Green Sector.
